New Seiko Diver is Calling My Name…

Post by namor » Sat May 03, 2025 9:17 am

Just when I was sort of content with my modest collection, along comes Seiko with a new diver that is almost irresistible. Called the 60th Anniversary Marinemaster SLA081, it’s a 600M titanium diver with the brand new 8L45 movement.

I like these, but hate the 3 days on the dial.

It really is a stunner Seth, that is for sure ! :o :) You have the whole
anniversary thing, as well as new movement. Then the Titanium, and
wave pattern dial kick things up notches unknown. :excited: The dial looks
almost like mother of Pearl at first glance, but then you can see itis
Seiko doing some of their dynamic dial magic ! ;)

Thanks so much for the look at this sir !!!

Endlinks are pretty funky, otherwise it’s a looker 👊🏼

Isn’t it like $8100 MSRP? No way even with discount. Maybe….MAYBE…at $3k

Seth, you’re wording me lately. Stop the midget porn for a while.

The bracelet looks to be extremely well made, but I'm not wild about how it looks.
