The Historics Portfolio Flip-through
Some of you may remember that I've been working on a long-term photography project documenting The Monterey Motorsports Reunion, held annually during Car Week at Laguna Seca Raceway in Monterey, CA. It's one of the oldest and largest historic racing events in the world.
I recently had the opportunity to meet with a handful of gallery curators and other photography industry people to review a portfolio of the prints I've been making from this project. I thought I'd share a short flip-through of a portion of the portfolio in case anyone was interested.
The video below shows about half of the prints that I presented at the portfolio reviews. The prints are all traditional silver gelatin prints made by me in my darkroom from my 35mm negatives.
Enjoy...

I'm hoping to have an opportunity to exhibit the work at a museum or gallery. Exhibitions tend to be planned out a couple of years in advance so it may be a while before this becomes a reality, but I'm hopeful.
