Hi Guys,
The Bog Oak has finally dried out and I can start making pens. It seemed to take forever!! (well it has been in a bog for thousands of years :D) but the oak has turned out amazing, it is dark brown with black grain.
I've added 3 fountain pens to our site, I will work on some other models and put them up over the next week.
Let me know what you guys think

These look great. My issue is that pens, like shoes, are hard to buy online.
I want to see how a pen fits and feels in the hand. And I actually still write with fountain pens (I have 3 at work currently)

The prices were set in Euros so the site automatically converts them to US Dollars. Is that what your referring to?

Whats the nibs? titanium, rhodium, gold...?
Are you using piston fillers or cartridges?
Congrats.

Must be. $118.63 is too random to be a price that was chosen.

The nibs on these are gold and they have both the piston filler and a cartridge so you can choose which one you prefer to use.

I can't imagine the mess I would make with a fountain pen.

Very nice, Graeme.
Like the Dublin link. In particular, Beckett and Joyce were closely linked. The young Beckett acted as a secretary of sorts for Joyce while in Paris (he transcribed parts of FW as by this time Joyce's eyesight was very poor).

What _do_ you know?
Here, they work with both refillable and throw away cartridges. The "thingy" that's currently attached has a screw mechanism at the end. You dip the tip in the ink (the tip of your pen, not your micro-penis

) and turn it and it sucks the ink up into the refillable cartridge
